If you're experiencing buffering on all channels, this may be a sign that you're having internet or a device issue.

Please be sure that your internet connection speed is at least 50mbps. You can test your connection by going to http://www.fast.com.

Before submitting a ticket, please try rebooting your router/modem and Amazon Firestick/Android device first.
